Healthgreen is a not-for-profit social venture focused on addressing the health care needs of the underserved by giving them access to tools they can use to improve their health, monitor diseases and enable collaborative care for themselves and their families.  Healthgreen’s approach brings key stakeholders to the table to develop a comprehensive solution suitable to the needs of the individual clinical sites and the larger health care system.  The ultimate goal is to ensure that the health care technology is deployed in a way that enhances each clinical site’s sustainability.
